In a channel, navigate to the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the icon, and from the dropdown menu, select "Schedule." This action will update the view to display the different playlists available for that specific channel.
If the playlists within the channel have scheduling or day-parting settings, you will find these settings reflected in the new calendar view.
To explore upcoming weeks, locate the top left button on the schedule view interface. Clicking this button will allow users to view and plan for future weeks.
Double-click any of the playlists listed on the right side of the schedule view to view their properties. This action will open the playlist properties, allowing you to adjust any scheduling details easily.
Once you are ok with the changes, click "Apply Changes." The schedule view will then automatically update to reflect any modifications to the playlist's scheduling.
Exporting Reports
In the Reports section, users can select the information needed by using the left-side filters. These filters allow you to refine your report data, such as selecting a specific playlist or date range.
To export the data, once you've set the desired filters, navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click on the "Export" button.
It will open a dialog with various options to customize the fields to include in the exported report. For example, you can select fields like title, air dates, media name, and more.
After customizing the export options, click the "Export" button at the top right corner.
It will display a dropdown with options for the preferred export format, allowing you to choose between "Excel," "CSV," and "View.”
The system will start processing the request. Depending on the amount of data selected, it may take a few seconds to generate your report.
Once the report is ready, it will be automatically downloaded to your computer. The report will include information from both your general campaign and the items within it.
