We will focus on videos from the library in the Content page, however, these filters will be similar for Playlists and Channels.
You always have the filters used at the top of the page as a guide of what’s selected. You can easily remove each by clicking the specific filter, or selecting clear all to start over.
As you filter out, you can see the number of results at the bottom of the page.

Displays content favorited by the user (star icon) specifically at the user level, not organization-wide. |
| New | Shows the latest content uploaded within the past 72 hours. |
| Recommended | Suggested content from our library (e.g. seasonal content). |
| Visibility | Options include Public or Private. Only Public content can be added to Playlists and Channels. |
| Ownership | Differentiates content uploaded by WovenManager or the user's own Organization. |
| Content Provide | Displays all available content partnerships within the library |
| Resolution | Filter content based on network needs, such as Super HD, 4K, HDR. |
| Orientation | Allows filtering by different aspect ratios such as Landscape (16:9), Portrait (9:16), and Other (cinematic, square, 4:3 |
| Uploaded | Timeframe for when the content was uploaded to the system |
| Expires | Filters all content set to expire within the date range set. Includes a “Never” option for evergreen content without an expiration date. |
| Expires Annually | Filters content with annually-recurring expiration dates |
| Active | Filters content active within a specified time period, particularly useful to validate content needed for longer periods of time. |
| Category | A dropdown menu with prepopulated categories (e.g., Action, Entertainment, News, and more.). Categories created by the Organization will also appear here. |
| Duration | Filters by media length. |
| Language | Language options such as English, French, Spanish. |
| Status | Displays content status as Complete, Processing, or Error. |
| Territory Clearance | Filters content based on availability for specific territories (e.g., United States, Canada, Latin America, International, Corona Virus, Promo) as per network needs. |
| Content Warning | Content flagged with warnings. Additional information is available by hovering over the CW icon in the Thumbnail view or under the information (i) icon. |
| Cleared for Web | Content uploaded by WovenManager or the user's own Organization available for display on websites. |
| Closed Caption | Videos featuring either generated or uploaded closed captions. |
| Audio | Available content with or without audio. |
| In Group | Content that is part of one or more Groups, enabling more targeting options. |
| Targeted | Filters content associated with at least one targeting attribute in its metadata. |
| Overlay | Content with an overlay created on it. |
| Image Type | (Images tab only) Classifies content into Image, Element, or Overlay Based categories. |
| Widget Type | (Widgets tab only) Categorizes content into Weather, Clock, or Calendar types. |
| Feed Type | (Feeds tab only) Segregates content into Text, RSS, Weather, or API feed types. |
